Brian Monaco leads the Industrial Engineering and retail operational consulting resources at Logile.

With a career spanning over 33 years of retail store operations and labor management expertise, Brian assisted in defining best practices, establishing labor standards, initiating continuous improvement programs and implementing enterprise technology tools to improve service, manage labor expenses and insure operational excellence.

Brian has earned a formidable reputation as an accountable and disciplined leader, one who is intuitive, successful and collaborative. He has expertise in turnaround initiatives, developing top-talented leadership teams, creating business strategies and applying industry trends to deliver positive business results. Brian thrives on steering change, guiding challenging projects and building strong working teams.

Most recently, Brian held the position of Director at a $3 billion, full service supermarket chain operating 134 stores in 6 northeast states. He has a sterling and proven track record of achieving significant results, and has gained valuable experience across all facets of the retail business. Brian has experience with large scale rollouts of new systems and change management including employee self-service, scheduling, task management and labor management systems. He has experience in operations, change management, 5-S and engineered labor standards, and has managed customer service initiatives, improving service to all-time highs.

Brian has helped reduced corporate SG&A expense, has led the development and implementation of engineered labor standards and run a hugely successful corporate 5S efficiency program. He has strengthened organizational collaboration, inculcated professionalism across the ranks, and built customer-centric focus shopper programs through a unique leadership methodology used to stimulate improvements in corporate culture.
